GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Terms & Conditions

For professionals and receptive agents:

  • We can take reservations and cancellations up to 24 hours, but beyond 24 hours we cannot guarantee the availability of vehicles and drivers.
  • Partial cancellations up to 24 hours in advance will not be billed.
  • Partial cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will be invoiced at 100% of the total amount per vehicle cancelled.
  • Full payment should be made no later than 30 days after completion of the service. If this deadline is not met, you may be asked to pay a penalty of 10% per day overrun, unless special conditions are negotiated before the contract is signed.

 

For private customers:

  • Reservations must be paid in full at the time of delivery or via our website or other platforms.   
 

For events professionals :

  • Reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the service, which constitutes a substantial and determining condition of the reservation.
  • In the absence of payment of the deposit, La Belle Échappée does not confirm the reservation and does not guarantee the availability of vehicles and drivers.
  • Payment in full should be made no later than 30 days after completion of the service. If this deadline is not met, you may be asked to pay a penalty of 10% per day overrun, unless special conditions have been negotiated prior to signing the contract.

 

Management-initiated cancellation :

  • The management reserves the right to modify or cancel the proposed excursions if the safety of customers, the weather or technical imperatives so require.
  • The company is in no way responsible for traffic jams, delays, irregularities, strikes, bad weather, accidents, serious injuries, delays, theft/loss of objects.

 

Partial cancellation at the customer's initiative :

  • A reduction in the number of vehicles is considered a partial cancellation of the reservation.
  • Partial cancellations up to 24 hours in advance will not be billed.
  • Partial cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will be invoiced at 100% of the total amount per vehicle cancelled.

 

Total cancellation at the customer's initiative :

Changing the date of the event is considered a total cancellation and gives rise to the application of the following cancellation conditions:

  • No charge will be made for cancellations received up to 24 hours in advance.
  • All cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will be invoiced at 100% of the total amount for the cancelled vehicle.
  • If a date is postponed after a "firm booking", La Belle Échappée will receive 50% of the cost of the postponed service.

 

Interruption :

  • Any interruption of the tour during the service due to the customer's will or to bad weather will not give rise to any reimbursement.
  • All claims must be made in writing, by letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address:
